Co-operation	Co-operation The project description with all development specifications is provided together with the offer including time and financial estimates after evaluatiing the customer's needs and eventual customer-owned content. Flexible forms of co-operation can be agreed upon, including: Lingua Training acts as a consultant and the client's responsibility is to provide the content. The resulting products would be owned by the client, while Lingua Training undertakes to place the contents online, assure all the promised functionality is delivered in time, maintain the site if chosen so, and assist in further development. In this case the client covers the costs for using the technical platform and consultancy. Lingua Training and the client form a "joint-venture" which allows the client to reduce costs. Lingua Training would own or co-own (together with the client) the right to distribute further the developed web solutions. Depending on the terms of the agreement and the form of co-operation, the client or its selected employees could share the profits from further distribution of the material or use the created products for free (thus Lingua Training's work would partly be paid by offering those products to other clients).
